TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Abilene Auto Aesthetics ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). By accessing or using our website at abileneautoaesthetics.com (the "Site"), requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or receiving any of our mobile detailing, ceramic coating, RV/boat detailing, or maintenance services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or request our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "Customer," or "Client") and Abilene Auto Aesthetics.

Abilene Auto Aesthetics is a mobile detailing business based in Abilene, Texas, providing on-site vehicle detailing at the customer's home, office, or other agreed-upon location. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Auto detailing (interior, exterior, and full details)
• Ceramic coatings and paint correction
• RV and boat detailing (priced per foot)
• VIP maintenance and membership programs
• Add-on services such as headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning, and oxidation removal

We serve Abilene, TX and surrounding areas including Clyde, Tye, Stamford, Potosi, and Buffalo Gap. Service availability outside these areas may be subject to a travel fee, which will be disclosed before booking is confirmed.

All prices displayed on our Site or provided in quotes are estimates based on standard vehicle sizes and average condition. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person or photo-based inspection of your vehicle and may vary based on:

• Vehicle size, make, and model
• Current condition (soiling, stains, pet hair, oxidation, etc.)
• Selected package and any add-ons
• RV/boat length (for per-foot services)
• Travel distance outside our standard service area

For RV and boat services, pricing is calculated per linear foot as listed on the applicable service page. Any estimate provided before inspection is not a final quote and is subject to change. We will always seek your approval before beginning work if the final price exceeds the original estimate.

Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or by text. By booking an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information, including a valid phone number and email address.
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location and time, with access to water and a standard electrical outlet if required.
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle interior prior to service where possible.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service price. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future bookings.

Refunds: Because detailing services are performed on your physical vehicle, all services are considered rendered upon completion. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with a service, contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will work with you to address reasonable concerns, which may include a touch-up visit at no additional charge. Refunds will not be issued for services already completed where the work was performed as described, or for conditions that cannot be fully corrected (e.g., pre-existing permanent damage, deep stains, or severe oxidation beyond the scope of the selected package).

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. For large jobs (such as complete restorations or ceramic coatings), we may require a deposit to secure your appointment; any deposit will be applied toward your final total.

For VIP Maintenance Program members, recurring billing may apply according to the membership terms selected at enrollment. Membership may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice; deposits or prepaid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

By providing your phone number and email address — whether through our booking system, contact form, or by initiating contact with us — you consent to be contacted by Abilene Auto Aesthetics and our authorized representatives regarding your inquiry, appointment, estimate, and ongoing services using:

• Automated telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and SMS text messages;
• Email messages; and
• Direct phone calls.

This consent applies to transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and service updates) as well as promotional/marketing messages (special offers, seasonal packages, and maintenance reminders) to the extent you have opted in to receive them. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Message frequency varies.

Opt-out: You may opt out of marketing/SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message, clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us at abileneautoaesthetics@gmail.com or (325) 660-6345. Opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of transactional messages necessary to fulfill your appointment or service request.

You represent that the phone number and email you provide belong to you and that you are authorized to consent to communications at those contact methods. You are not required to provide consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

If you upload photos of your vehicle through our booking system or share them with us, you grant Abilene Auto Aesthetics a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those photos for the purpose of evaluating your vehicle's condition, preparing an estimate, and performing the requested service.

Unless you object in writing, we may also use before-and-after photos of completed work for marketing purposes on our website and social media. License plates and identifying details will be obscured where practical. If you do not wish for your vehicle to appear in our marketing, please notify us in writing at abileneautoaesthetics@gmail.com prior to or immediately after service.

Our Services are provided using industry-standard techniques and professional-grade products. However, detailing involves contact with your vehicle's surfaces, and certain pre-existing conditions — such as clear coat failure, thin paint, delamination, brittle trim, faded plastics, or weakened fabrics — may not be visible until cleaning begins and may be aggravated by standard detailing procedures.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Abilene Auto Aesthetics is not liable for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, prior improper repairs, or undisclosed vehicle issues.
• Paint correction, oxidation removal, and polishing carry inherent risk on vehicles with thin or compromised clear coat. We are not responsible for burn-through or hologoning on paint that is already compromised.
• Ceramic coatings and sealants are protective products; their longevity depends on maintenance, environmental exposure, and vehicle care. Durability claims (e.g., "up to 5 years") represent manufacturer specifications under ideal conditions and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables before service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abilene Auto Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its server, or any database connected to the Site;
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code;
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or to scrape, copy, or republish content without our written permission.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — is the property of Abilene Auto Aesthetics or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google Maps, Instagram, and review platforms) and may integrate third-party tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Our Site may display reviews from third-party platforms (e.g., Google Reviews). These reviews reflect the opinions of the individual authors and are not endorsed or verified by us for accuracy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Taylor County or Jones County, Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct communication. Nothing in this section limits a consumer's rights under applicable Texas or federal consumer protection laws.
